Troost, has 20 years' experience in residential construction and remodeling. We are certified by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), are Construction Code Officials, affiliates of the ICC (International Code Council), and members of PHIC (Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition). Specializing in residential inspections, we are certified by both ICC and the Department of Labor Industry.

In addition to standard inspections, we offer environmental testing for mold, lead, asbestos, radon, full-water testing, and WDIs (Wood Destroying Insects). We have a genuine interest in our clients' safety and well-being. From top to bottom, we inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards that may exist, and report on them in a clear, easy-to-understand language.
